We are delighted to announce Smoke & Fire Events, organiser of the award-winning Smoke & Fire Festivals, the nation’s Largest BBQ and Outdoor cooking Festival, as our BBQ partners at Red Rooster.

They promise to bring their Low n Slow BBQ and Live Fire skills to curate the dawn of our new Red Roaster BBQ Pit arena, where you can expect some of the most experienced and exciting fire cooks and BBQ Pitmasters.

    Origins BBQ was founded by two trained chefs Michael Gasson and Thomas Rose. Tired of working to the constraints of a busy kitchen and looking to share their passion for BBQ and Live fire cooking, they decided to found Origins BBQ and share that passion with the world. Michael has 16 years of kitchen experience, including stints at Mark Sargents 3 AA Rosette restaurant ‘Rocksalt’ and has worked alongside the late Gary Rhodes. Needless to say, with the level of experience Michael and Thomas have gained over their careers, you’re gonna’ be in safe hands at Red Rooster.

    We marinate all of our meats for 24 hrs and then chargrill them to order for maximum flavour. We also have some delicious veggie and vegan options too and because all of our food is made to order, we can cater for most dietary requirements including gluten free.
